Return And Refund Policy

  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and with all original packaging and tags.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges: Items can be exchanged subject to availability.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return. These include clearance items, personalized products, and perishable goods.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed.
